A mixed use development comprising 50+ new homes and commercial units. The scheme was designed around a number of feature squares, creating distinct and memorable spaces. The new retail units provide space and flexibility, increasing the retail draw of Uttoxeter and increasing footfall within the town.

Woodhouse Eaves, Leicestershire
The site of the former Forest Rock Garage within the Conservation Area at the heart of the village of Woodhouse Eaves in Charnwood, Leicestershire. In keeping with the village's character the roofs are deeply overhanging and richly ornamented with finials and flying trusses, and bold corbelled chimneys; porches and bay windows are decorative, in keeping with the local vernacular; windows are traditional timber casements and bespoke Yorkshire sliding sashes.
