Charles Wells Brewery
A new microbrewery and visitor centre to form the base for Wells & Co. The development will create new beer products, continuing the company’s 150 year tradition of brewing in Bedford. This operation will become the focal point of a new visitor attraction, with bar and dining provided in close proximity to the brewery manufacturing process.
JCB Arena, Rocester
An extension to the existing JCB Arena, providing a visitor experience, washroom and catering facilities, and a showcase area for new models. The extension fits seamlessly into the existing seating provisions and
includes new landscaping and car park facilities.
Wedgwood Masterplan
The master planning and redevelopment of Wedgwood’s historic site at Barlaston. Wedgwood’s redevelopment included a state of the art refurbished factory and new corporate headquarters for 250 staff,
visitors attraction “The World of Wedgwood”, new Wedgwood Museum gallery, restaurant, retail and Wedgwood tea room. Also included was a housing development consisting of 209 homes and ecological and arboricultural enhancement.
Briggs of Burton
Redevelopment of town centre employment site, which contained a live manufacturing facility producing specialist brewery equipment. A phased delivery of improvement and extensions, the first phase currently in progress relates to the creation of new visitor arrival and experience facilities along with additional office accommodation.
